COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Ride-Share should enter through Gate B. Drop off areas are located in C-lot. Let parking staff know you're dropping someone off and they'll show you the way. Please pull all the way into C-lot to drop off or pick up riders. Please do not block the bus zone.

WHEN YOU GET HERE
You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY 
Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets HERE.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to Guest Services right inside the main gate in the East Plaza and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

BOX OFFICE
Box Office is open on Saturdays from 10am-2pm, and on show days at 12pm. If you have any questions, please email us at pavilionboxoffice@livenation.com.

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the East and West Plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths throughout the venue.

THE MENU
We've got plenty of options for bites and drinks at the show! To see fan favorite items we serve at every show, click HERE. 

THE LAYOUT
Get lost in the music. Not the venue. Check out the layout so you'll know right where to go when you visit us. 

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? Toyota is providing free fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit the Information booth in either plaza on the day of show for more information.

RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.

CAMPING
We kindly ask that you leave the camping gear at home and refrain from overnight parking.

TAILGATING
No tailgating is allowed here at Toyota Pavilion at Concord. Save the party for inside!

Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.
